Collegiate Peaks Counseling provides primarily individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, and couple's counseling. Family therapy may be appropriate in certain circumstances and is available upon request.

Billing:
Collegiate Peaks Counseling bills United Healthcare, UMR, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna and Medicaid. All other payments are private pay. Session fee/copayments/deductibles are due at the time of service. Private pay is $120/hour.
